A Note on theUOperator

Abstract: 671test of the cascade nature of the process. A detailed report to be published shortly will show that all the results of the 400-Mev proton interactions can be satisfactorily explained by the model.A similar investigation at 150 Mev is now in progress. The authors wish to thank Mr. Leon Landowitz and Mr. Jack Leitner for their excellent work on the Monte Carlo calculations.

“…The entropic effect induced by collapse of polymer coils is much different from that induced by coil extension, with the latter usually called elastic entropy or entropic elasticity, while the former is referred to as the spring entropic effect . It has been noted that the theoretical treatment model of spring entropy is much different from that of elastic entropy . The spring entropy effect plays a critical role in many soft matter and other processes .…”
