A Nonlinear Heuristic-Optimized Neural Network Modeling Approach for the Prediction of Natural Disasters

Abstract: The disaster early-warning and corresponding prediction based on the nonlinear models is one of the important research aspects in the scope of natural disaster prediction and prevention.
