A Nonlinear Diffusion Model with Smoothed Background Estimation to Enhance Degraded Images for Defect Detection

Abstract: It is important to detect the defect of products efficiently in modern industrial manufacturing. Image processing is one of common techniques to achieve defect detection successfully.
