A non-local cryogenic thermometer based on Coulomb-coupled systems

Abstract: We propose a realistic design for Coulomb-coupled system based non-local cryogenic electrical thermometer. The operation of the proposed thermometer relies on electrostatic interaction between Coulomb coupled quantum dots, resulting in a overall change in conductance due to change in the remote reservoir temperature.
