A Noise Reduction Method for Four-Mass Vibration MEMS Gyroscope Based on ILMD and PTTFPF

Abstract: In this paper, the structure and working principle of four-mass vibration MEMS gyroscope (FMVMG) are introduced, and the working modes of FMVMG are simulated and analyzed. On the basis of this, an improved noise reduction method based on interval local mean decomposition (ILMD) and parabolic tracking time-frequency peak filtering (PTTFPF) is proposed.
