A New Skin Graft Donor Site Using the Abdominal Dog-Ear Deformity in Mastectomy Flap Necrosis

Abstract: A 51-year-old woman underwent NSM of the right breast and immediate breast reconstruction using a DIEP flap. A dog-ear deformity was apparent on both sides of the abdominal donor site (Fig. 1).The DIEP flap was then stable, but the mastectomy flap gradually became demarcated.
