A new real-time PCR method to overcome significant quantitative inaccuracy due to slight amplification inhibition

Abstract: Background: Real-time PCR analysis is a sensitive DNA quantification technique that has recently gained considerable attention in biotechnology, microbiology and molecular diagnostics.
