A new prognostic signature based on cancer associated fibroblast-driven genes in breast cancer

Abstract: Background Breast cancer, a leading malignant disease, affects women all over the world. Cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) stimulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and induce chemoresistance and immunosuppression.
