<p class="TtuloAbstract">Organizations must be able to meet customer needs in today’s complex market situation and business environment, the needs and essentials for their satisfaction such as high product quality, competitive costs and faster delivery. Organization need to apply a comprehensive concept and method on managing this requirement. This systematic review intends to identify how Lean Six sigma implementation in many industries. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a method that has been widely used in research in various fields and continues to grow, to get the most common solution it is necessary to review the method. This research is to observe concept and method still relevant to be use and effectively improved the business performance and customer satisfaction. For the identity of the LSS Papers, a total of 50 research papers were reviewed which met the criteria, Research object, country of research and year of publication and Result of research. The result show that LSS is still being used and successfuly help the organization to improve their competitiveness, improve quality, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and increase employee morale.</p>

Por medio de un modelado de procesos de negocios, en general las organizaciones han logrado optimizar sus procesos a través de una arquitectura de procesos robusta y automatizada. De igual forma, a través de la gestión de riesgos las empresas buscan garantizar que se identifique, analice y responda adecuadamente a los riesgos que pueden afectar negativamente la realización de sus objetivos estratégicos. Con base en la evaluación de riesgos, una organización deberá elegir si acepta, mitiga o transfiere el riesgo a otro o al mismo proceso. Cuando se realiza de manera efectiva, la gestión de los riesgos en los procesos de negocio asegura que se prioricen los recursos limitados de la organización para abordar de la manera más eficiente los problemas que más les afectarán, y se logre de esa manera su continuidad y sostenibilidad. Este artículo explora preguntas asociadas a: ¿Cuáles son los riesgos que se asocian a los procesos de negocio? y ¿Cómo el uso del modelado BPM y la minería de procesos facilitan la gestión de los riesgos en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida de los procesos? Los aportes más importantes están relacionados con el mapeo de los riesgos del ciclo a un marco funcional y específico, y afectan el ciclo de vida en su totalidad, los cuales fueron analizados por medio de una minería de procesos.

Based on the principle that perfection is a divine criterion, process management exists on the one hand to achieve excellence (near perfection) and on the other hand to avoid imperfection. In other words, Operational Excellence (EO) is one of the approaches, when used rigorously, aims to maximize performance. Therefore, the mastery of problem solving remains necessary to achieve such performance level. There are many tools that we can use whether in continuous improvement for the resolution of chronic problems (KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean six sigma…) or in resolution of sporadic defects (8D, PDCA, QRQC ...). However, these methodologies often use the same basic tools (Ishikawa diagram, 5 why, tree of causes…) to identify potential causes and root causes. This results in three levels of causes: occurrence, no detection and system. The research presents the development of DINNA diagram [1] as an effective and efficient process that links the Ishikawa diagram and the 5 why method to identify the root causes and avoid recurrence. The ultimate objective is to achieve the same result if two working groups with similar skills analyse the same problem separately, to achieve this, the consistent application of a robust methodology is required. Therefore, we are talking about 5 dimensions; occurrence, non-detection, system, effectiveness and efficiency. As such, the paper offers a solution that is both effective and efficient to help practitioners of industrial problem solving avoid missing the real root cause and save costs following a wrong decision.
