Abstract

A New Flexible Synthesis of (D-Homo) Steroids. -Silyl enol ethers containing the ring D precursors are coupled with the Torgov-type substrate (II) to give adducts which, on treatment with an acid catalyst, afford the target steroid skeletons. -(SARABER, F.
