A New Clustering Algorithm Toward Building Segmentation From Aerial Images by Utilizing RGB‐Component Differences

Abstract

 A segmentation algorithm based on RGB component difference clustering is proposed. The new algorithm relieves the over-segmentation and under-segmentation. The accuracy and stability of the algorithm are satisfactory.
