A NEW BACTERIOPHAGE TYPING SET FOR PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA

Abstract: A new phage typing set for Pseudomonas aeruginosa has been established on the basis of all internationally available typing sets and a few additional phages. The present paper describes some of the important characteristics of the new phage typing set compared to previous sets. In terms of the relevant parameters, the new phage typing set appears to constitute an improvements compared to previous alternatives.
