A New Approach to Predicting Regulatory Elements in Dictyostelium Gene Expression

Abstract: In current bioinformatics, the prediction of transcriptional regulatory elements (TREs) is one of the major challenges. It is a key step toward deciphering entire genetic regulatory networks.
