A New Approach in Modeling of Fracture Ballooning in Naturally Fractured Reservoirs

Abstract: Fracture ballooning usually occurs in naturally fractured reservoirs and is often mistakenly regarded as an influx of formation fluid, which may lead to misdiagnosed results in costly operations.
