Knowledge graph visualization in ultrasound reports is essential for enhancing medical decision making and the efficiency and accuracy of computer-aided analysis tools. This study aims to propose an intelligent method for analyzing ultrasound reports through knowledge graph visualization. Firstly, we provide a novel method for extracting key term networks from the narrative text in ultrasound reports with high accuracy, enabling the identification and annotation of clinical concepts within the report. Secondly, a knowledge representation framework based on ultrasound reports is proposed, which enables the structured and intuitive visualization of ultrasound report knowledge. Finally, we propose a knowledge graph completion model to address the lack of entities in physicians’ writing habits and improve the accuracy of visualizing ultrasound knowledge. In comparison to traditional methods, our proposed approach outperforms the extraction of knowledge from complex ultrasound reports, achieving a significantly higher extraction index (η) of 2.69, surpassing the general pattern-matching method (2.12). In comparison to other state-of-the-art methods, our approach achieves the highest P (0.85), R (0.89), and F1 (0.87) across three testing datasets. The proposed method can effectively utilize the knowledge embedded in ultrasound reports to obtain relevant clinical information and improve the accuracy of using ultrasound knowledge.

This paper completes the overall design of a linguistic interactive terminology database based on the characteristics of second language acquisition and terminology and completes the construction of the terminology database by combining a goodness-of-fit detection algorithm based on terminology eigenvalue extraction. The efficiency of terminology information recognition is analyzed and compared with the terminology conversion rate of the eigenvalue goodness-offit algorithm using a neural network learning model of long and short-term memory to optimize the performance of the terminology database. The metric approach's classifier performance evaluation metrics are used to compare the accuracy and recall of the two algorithms accurately. The results show that the accuracy of the fitted superiority classifier with the application of word eigenvalue embedding compared to the LSTM classifier for the classification of electric power terms is improved by about 11% in all categories, and the average accuracy of the classifier exceeds 76.5%.

The national project Trinity of Languages announced in Kazakhstan has brought forward multilingual education throughout the country. The project requires the implementation of rigorous learning tools to master the Kazakh, Russian and English languages within trilingualism. An e-dictionary to be used in content and language integrated learning is among modern e-tools promoted in a trilingual school environment. A user-friendly biological e-dictionary will help high school learners grasp fundamental concepts in natural sciences. The article aims to describe how to analyze and systemize the lexicographic material selected for developing a trilingual e-dictionary of biological terms for Kazakhstani school learners. Determining sources of vocabulary chosen was based upon a linguocultural approach, which highlights the cultural aspect embodied in the language, and mind-mapping, which allows deconstructing complex topics graphically. Twenty-eight items were selected to cover the biology school course, which was later analyzed and systemized to consistently present generic and species features via mind-mapping. Then organic unification of the items and compositional parameters of the e-dictionary were determined. The obtained findings show that a linguocultural component is embedded in a trilingual e-dictionary of biological terms that are taken from relevant Kazakh and Russian school textbooks (grades 6–11). The selected items are classified and subject to linguocultural analysis in conceptual groups which may show phytonyms and zoonima. The items are supplied with an adequate linguocultural commentary taken from English-language reference books and websites. The conceptual groups and linguistic analysis are displayed via the mind map Coggle used for the e-dictionary frame formation. The proposed linguocultural component embedded in the edictionary is rare in other existing trilingual e-dictionaries since they focus primarily on lexicographic material and their visual representation. Overall, the trilingual e-dictionary created in mind-mapping software is an effective etool for high school learners to study biological terms with their linguocultural commentaries.
