“…A new tazettine-type alkaloid 6-hydroxytazettine 7, together with seventeen known compounds tazettine, 3-epi-macronine, 6-O-methylpretazettine, haemanthidine, lycorine, 2-O-acetyllycorine, homolycorine, 9-O-demethylhomolycorine, hippeastrine, Omethyllycorenine, 2a-hydroxy-6-O-methyloduline, galanthamine, dihydrogalanthamine, lycoramine N-oxide, lycosinine B, ismine and trisphaeridine, was isolated from the bulbs extract of Korean L. radiata. 9 From the bulbs of L. radiata collected at Lanxi city of Zhejiang province, China, ten Amaryllidaceae alkaloids were isolated, and alkaloid oxovittatine 8 was identied as a new natural product, while others belong to known apohaemanthamine, 9-Odemethylhomolycorine N-oxide, incartine, ismine, 6-O-methylpretazettine, tazettine, ungeremine, homolycorine and O-methyllycorenine. 10 Alkaloids apohaemanthamine and 9-Odemethylhomolycorine N-oxide were isolated for the rst time from this genus.…”
