A New Adaptive Factor-Based Output Compensation Strategy for Offset Free Control of MLD–MPC with Model–Plant Mismatch

Abstract: The mixed logical dynamical (MLD) model is a powerful framework of multimodel combinations for nonlinear systems control. Although superior control performance can be obtained by MLD-MPC, model–plant mismatch (MPM) will deteriorate the control performance. To eliminate the offset caused by MPM, a new adaptive factor-based output compensation strategy for MLD-MPC is proposed. The adaptive factor is introduced to guarantee better control performance of the MLD-MPC system. On the basis of Lyapunov stability theor… Show more

“…In addition to linear and nonlinear systems, there are many systems with switching characteristics, that is, switched systems. [13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20] Switched systems are composed of a series of subsystems and the switching boundary of each subsystem, which means that the switching boundary is an integral part of the switched systems. At present, many studies have been taken in the stability, controller design, filter design and observer design of the switched systems.…”
