Abstract:In 2019, “Nutrition Therapy for Adults with Diabetes or Prediabetes: A Consensus Report” was published. This consensus report, however, did not provide an easy way to illustrate to subjects with prediabetes (SwPs) how to follow a correct dietary approach.
