Abstract:While the accumulation of amyloid-beta (Aβ) and hyperphosphorylated-tau (hp-tau) as two classical histopathological biomarkers are crucial in Alzheimer's disease (AD), their detailed interaction with the electrophysiological changes at the meso- and macroscale are not yet fully understood.
