Abstract: Lymphomatoid Granulomatosis (LYG) is a rare, EBV-driven disease with angiocentric and angiodestructive pleomorphic lymphocytic infiltrates. Pulmonary involvement is frequent and responsible for pulmonary manifestations which may be associated with systemic symptoms.
