Abstract: Background Ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm is a rare disease entity that is potentially life-threatening if left untreated. While imaging is the mainstay of diagnosis, resultant tricuspid valve involvement may mask typical findings providing a diagnostic challenge.
