Abstract

The World Wide Web has gone through many improvements since its birth. The Common Gateway Interface (CGI), client and server-side scripting, form processing, integration of Web components, better security are some of the most notable enhancements which bring higher levels of interactivity and 'intelligence' to the Web, making it more able to meet both educational and business needs.
