A multi‐proxy study of Umbric Ferralsols genesis in a high‐mountain environment in Rio de Janeiro state

Abstract: The formation of strongly weathered soils of the tropics (Ferralsols) with high carbon stocks (thick A-horizon/umbric horizon) is still not understood.
