Abstract:The open access journal Communications in Information Literacy (CIL) began publication in 2007. After ten years of continuous growth, CIL migrated from Online Journals Systems (OJS) and a commercial web host to Portland State's Digital Commons (bepress) publishing platform, PDXScholar.
