Social and health informatics has the potential of improving the general wellbeing and health of individuals. Although the structure and nature of health facilities and services in some countries may pose a challenge for a short while, such obstacles according to many studies will be streamlined in the near future. The widespread utilization and implementation of healthcare information system in the day-to-day health care operations will lead to cost effective clinical trials and selfhealthcare management. On the other hand, recent rapid development of computer technology in this area has introduced a data explosion challenge. This paper provides brief background information on Social Informatics and e-Health Systems. Follow by an overview of two hybrid intelligent techniques that might be utilized as a new generation of predictive analytics for big data particularly for knowledge discovery in big data and decision making processes in social systems.

In this study, we design and develop an agent based framework for sentiment classification of online reviews using ontology. The book review ranking is based on the sentiment classification result. We propose a novel approach with the help of the JADE platform to solve problems by non-visual automatic sentiment classification. The description of book reviews ranking are generated from the ontology based mapping. This approach employs the data extraction agent which is used to retrieve the books comments i.e., the user reviews from the specified blogs. The Second agent is the recommendation agent i.e., domain ontology is used for identifying domain related features in comments. The Third agent is feature selection agent in which XML document content is split into single sentence. Each word in the sentence is mapped with ontology. A Mapping process is used for identifying the domain related sentences in that context. These processes are used for ranking the book results based on customer reviews. The book review ranking system can be extended to other product-review easily.

Abstract-Data mining and multiagent approach has been used successfully in the development of large complex systems. Agents are used to perform some action or activity on behalf of a user of a computer system. The study proposes an agent based algorithm PrePZero-r using Zero-R algorithm in Weka. Algorithms are powerful technique for solution of various combinatorial or optimization problems. Zero-R is a simple and trivial classifier, but it gives a lower bound on the performance of a given dataset which should be significantly improved by more complex classifiers. The Proposed Algorithm called PrePZero-r has significantly reduced time taken to build the model than Zero-R algorithm by removing the Lower Bound Values 0 while preprocessing and comparing the result with class values. Also proposed study introduced new factor "Accuracy (1-e)" for each individual attribute.
