A Molecular Signature Predictive of Indolent Prostate Cancer

Abstract: Many newly diagnosed prostate cancers present as low Gleason score tumors that require no treatment intervention. Distinguishing the many indolent tumors from the minority of lethal ones remains a major clinical challenge.
