A Modified Two Dimensional Adaptive Digital Filter

Abstract: In this paper, a new scheme of recursive two-dimensional (2D) adaptive digital filter is presented. It consists of a forward section, a feedback section, and decision block. A little complexity increase from [10] is used by adding adaptive quantizer to predictor error. Each section is realized as conventional non-recursive adaptive filter.
