Abstract: In this paper, an ultrasound beamforming method for plane wave (PW) imaging based on modified sidelobe blanking (MSLB) is proposed to improve image resolution and contrast ratio (CR). In this framework, PWs from various angles were designed to create main and auxiliary beamformer signals.
