A Modified Magnitude-Selective Affine Function-Based Behavioral Digital Predistortion for Power Amplifiers in Mimo Systems

Abstract: In this paper, a modified magnitude-selective affine function-based behavioral model is proposed for the linearization of power amplifiers in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. In this model, high-order polynomials in the crossover memory polynomial (COMPM) are replaced by magnitude-selective affine functions to compensate for the crosstalk and nonlinear distortion, leading to a highly efficient hardware implementation.
