A modified exposed endoscopic full‐thickness resection: Traction‐assisted resection while defect closing

Abstract: Objectives: Exposed endoscopic full-thickness resection (Eo-EFTR) has proven effective and economical for patients with gastric submucosal tumors (SMTs), showing great prospects.
