A microfluidic finger-actuated blood lysate preparation device enabled by rapid acoustofluidic mixing

Abstract: For many blood-based diagnostic tests, including prophylactic drug analysis and malaria assays, red blood cells must be lysed effectively prior to their use in an analytical workflow.
