A Microfluidic Chip for LAMP-based Multiplex Detection of Pathogen

Abstract: Early diagnosis of bacterial causing the disease is important for treatment of patent and preventing the spread of pathogen. Utilizing of POCT devices to detect the pathogens on-site will accelerate the diagnosis of infectious disease.
