A Method for Rapid, Quantitative Evaluation of Particle Sorting in Microfluidics Using Basic Cytometry Equipment

Abstract: This paper describes, in detail, a method that uses flow cytometry to quantitatively characterise the performance of continuous-flow microfluidic devices designed to separate particles.
