Abstract:A metallic Febry-Perot cavity antenna (FPCA) with high aperture efficiency is present. The partially reflective cover of the proposed FPCA is realized by cross-dipole-slot type metallic frequency selective surface (FSS). With the combination of hybrid lateral boundaries, high aperture efficiency is achieved.
