A Meta-analysis of Sphaeranthus indicus and Garcinia mangostana Products on Cardiometabolic Outcomes in Obese Patients

Abstract: This study aimed to assess the efficacy of Sphaeranthus indicus and Garcinia mangostana in improving anthropological parameters, lipid profile, blood glucose and blood pressure in obese patients.
