A Mesoscale Tensegrity Model of Spider Dragline Silk Fiber

Abstract: Tensegrity concepts are common in nature and are recognizable, e.g., in every cell, in the microstructure of the spider silk, and in the pattern of bones and tendons for control of locomotion.
