Аннотация. Одной из составляющих информационного обеспечения процессов целевого применения орбитальной группировки космических аппаратов дистанционного зондирования Земли является оперативное получение актуальной метеорологической информации, в частности в виде карт снежного покрова и карт облачности. В настоящее время комплекс планирования в дополнение к средствам, обеспечивающим расчет метеопрогноза, оснащен информационной базой данных, включающей снимки МСУ-МР/«Метеор-М» № 2 [1] в виде композитов изображений в трех коротковолновых каналах (без какой-либо тематической обработки). Если этих данных недостаточно для принятия решения, то оператор дополнительно анализирует данные зарубежных спутников, не включенные в комплекс планирования. Для оптимизации работы необходимо автоматизировать процессы метеообеспечения. В настоящей работе предложен алгоритм формирования маски снежного покрова и маски облачности, по данным отечественной аппаратуры МСУ-МР/«Метеор-М» № 2, основанный на анализе спектральных характеристик различных видов подстилающей поверхности-земли, облаков и снега. В алгоритме использованы значения коэффициентов спектральной яркости в канале 1 МСУ-МР (зеленый, 0,63 мкм) и в канале 3 МСУ-МР (SWIR-1, 1,7 мкм). Предлагаемый алгоритм отличается от зарубежных аналогов: вместо константных порогов в алгоритме применяются пороговые значения, которые зависят от значений яркостей в каналах 1 и 3. Алгоритм верифицирован на 459 маршрутах съемки. Тестирование подтвердило, что предлагаемый алгоритм является универсальным: пороги не зависят ни от географического положения, ни от времени года. Учитывая непрерывность съемки, выполняемой аппаратурой МСУ-МР, настоящий алгоритм может обеспечивать создание обновляемых с периодичностью 2-3 дня карт снежного покрова и облачности в автоматическом режиме, что позволит снабжать комплекс планирования актуальной информацией. В ближайшее время планируется создание программного модуля, реализующего данный алгоритм, и отработка возможности его практического использования на средствах моделирующего стенда, созданного в рамках НИР «Оператор ДЗЗ».
