The public security image detection system is an important way to assist the police in the investigation. In today’s cloud computing environment, the processing power of cloud computing is gradually improving. In order to explore its application in the investigation system, this paper constructs a public security video image investigation system based on cloud computing environment. This paper uses cloud computing technology to improve the processing capacity of the system. It then combines the storage capabilities of the backend server implementation technology and the working principle of Hadoop to construct a basic model. Then combined with the storage capability of the backend server implementation technology and the working principle of Hadoop and CP-ABE encryption, decryption, and reconstruction, a basic model is constructed. This paper also designs public security video surveillance system vehicle detection and test experiments, cloud storage encryption algorithm experiments, and computational storage requirements analysis experiments. It optimizes the system based on the results of the experiment and finally compares it with the traditional investigation system. The experimental results show that the public security video image detection system based on cloud computing can improve the accuracy by 5%–25% compared with the traditional detection system. And the public security video image detection system based on cloud computing can increase the efficiency by 2%–17% compared with the traditional detection system.

The deployment of cellular networks assisted by device-to-device (D2D) communications has great significance to improve spectral efficiency. In D2D communications underlay scenario, the D2D user equipments (DUEs) reuse the same frequency resources assigned to cellular user equipments (CUEs) for spectral utilization. Unfortunately, introducing D2D communications into cellular networks bring interference signals to CUEs and other DUEs. Therefore, to fully reap the benefits of D2D communications, efficient resource allocation with interference management is highly required. In this paper, we propose a system model for D2D communications underlaying cellular network, where multiple D2D pairs reuse the same frequency resources allocated to a single CUE. In addition, we propose a many-to-one frequency reusing resource allocation algorithm for D2D communications with the aim of maximizing the network sum-rate. To solve this NP-hard problem, we first propose an interference management algorithm based on graph theory to find the least interfered D2D pair groups, followed by proposing an optimized power allocation algorithm based on linear programming, and finally proposing a process matching algorithm to find the best sets of CUEs and D2D pair groups for spectral reusing. Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the proposed many-to-one spectral reusing resource allocation algorithm exceeds the one-to-one resource allocation for D2D communications in terms of sum-rate.

The rapid growth and innovation of the various mobile communication technologies have caused a change in the paradigm of Internet access. In next-generation mobile system, which is also known as fifth-generation (5G) network, all user connections are expected to be heterogeneous in nature. Hence, an intelligent mobility management mechanism is essential to satisfy the requirements of lower latency, less power consumptions, and last but not least, possible uninterrupted ongoing session when a user equipment (UE) moves across network boundaries.On the other hand, device-to-device (D2D) communication has been proposed as a promising technology to boost the network performance in 5G. The issue related to mobility management for D2D communication in 5G heterogeneous network environments has attracted attention from academic society. In this paper, we leverage on IEEE 802.21 Media Independent Service (MIS) and propose a new framework, enhanced version of IEEE 802.21 MIS that supports D2D communication (E-MIS-D2D) to enhance D2D mobility experience over heterogeneous networks. Moreover, a load-aware mode selection algorithm is proposed for selecting the best target mode. Through extensive simulation studies, we validate that the proposed method outperforms the existing methods in terms of packet loss ratio, average throughput, latency, bandwidth usage, and load rate of Evolved Node B (eNB). According to an Ericson Mobility Report 2017, mobile subscriptions will rise to 9.12 billion by year 2023. 1 To handle such explosive growth of traffic volume, the quest for the 5G mobile communication standards has been going on actively recently, and one of the major focuses of this quest is to obtain a device-centric network architecture. 2 D2D communication with its nature of proximity-based service and enhancements on network capacity and spectrum efficiency has been viewed as a key component in 5G.
