Abstract: BackgroundObstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a serious and potentially life‐threatening disease. Mandibular advancement device (MAD) has the characteristics of non‐invasive, comfortable, portable and low‐cost, making it the preferred treatment for mild‐to‐moderate OSAHS.
