A Management of the conflict for entrepreneurial innovation at a transnational company located in Mexico

Abstract: The objective of this work is to analyze how conflict gives way to entrepreneurial innovation as a result of facing the non-compatibility between universalism-particularism at the subsidiary of a transnational company located in Mexico.
