Abstract: Lung cancer is the most common neoplastic disorder associated with paraneoplastic syndromes. The most common paraneoplastic syndromes are the syndrome of inappropriate release of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH), hypercalcemia of malignancy, ectopic Cushing’s syndrome, and various other neurological syndromes.
