A LTCC Filter Using Multilayered Stepped Impedance Resonators

Abstract: An X‐band filter with low insertion loss and high stop‐band rejection based on low temperature co‐fired ceramic technology is designed in this article. The filter is achieved using multilayered stepped‐impedance resonators structure. By converting microstrip lines of different layers to coplanar microstrip lines, the I/O ports are realized by the surface feed structure.
