Abstract:A low noise amplifier (LNA) with high linearity is presented in wireless body area networks (WBANs) for medical facility application. Under low voltage operation, a body-biased technique is utilized in order to save the power dissipation. Undistorted biomedical signals from wireless receivers can be collected and amplified by using linearized compensation method to achieve high linearity. The proposed LNA is simulated with TSMC 180nm process parameters. The simulation results show that the designed LNA can obt… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
