A longitudinal study of E. coli lineages and antimicrobial resistance in Ecuadorian children

Abstract: The gastrointestinal tract (GIT) constitutes a complex and diverse ecosystem. Escherichia coli is one of the most frequently studied and characterized species in the gut ecosystem.
