A Longitudinal Qualitative Analysis of the Way Peer Support Specialist Roles Change Over Time in a Psychiatric Hospital Setting in Asia

Abstract: The current study seeks to determine how peer support roles change as peer support specialists’ positions within organizations and departments mature.
