“…The collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data will be carried out separately, and the findings will be compared and consolidated at the interpretation phase. By combining quantitative results obtained from the measurements and questionnaires with qualitative results obtained from individual interviews and focus groups, we will be able to get a more complete and comprehensive evaluation of the implementation [ 21 , 22 ]. Triangulation will be used to explore if outcomes provide similar (complementary) or different (contradictory) findings [ 21 ].…”

“…Although effective in increasing muscle strength, less evidence supports the use of RT when looking at body composition [ 204 ]. To describe in detail the potential effects of PA in BC changes, the COBRA study (Change Of Body composition in Breast cancer: All-in Assessment-study) used a mixed methods designs to obtain both quantitative measures of changes in body weight, body composition, as well as lifestyle factors and qualitative assessments of women´s perceptions, compared with non-cancer women [ 205 ]. Adapted exercises and physiotherapy intervention could also be associated with enhanced shoulder ROM (Range of Movement), a common BC complication after surgery [ 206 , 207 ].…”
