A Lightweight Cell Switching and Traffic Offloading Scheme for Energy Optimization in Ultra-Dense Heterogeneous Networks

Abstract: One of the major capacity boosters for 5G networks is the deployment of ultra-dense heterogeneous networks (UDHNs).
