Abstract:Cardiac lipomas are extremely rare benign neoplasms of the heart. Most of them do not cause clinical symptoms, so far they are found incidentally in the majority of cases. Here, we describe a case of left intraventricular lipoma in an asymptomatic 34-year-old man which found by transthoracic echocardiography at comprehensive medical examination.
