A kriminalisztika jövőbeli fejlesztési lehetőségei, kihívásai

Abstract: A kriminalisztika mint a bűnüldözés, bűnfelderítés egyetemes ténytudománya nagy szolgálatot tesz a jogállami jogbiztonság megteremtése és megtartása, a justizmordok megelőzése érdekében. Ezért módszertanának jövőbeli fejlesztése, jobbítása fontos minden közbiztonságért, köznyugalomért tevékenykedő jogalkalmazónak, minden jövőbeli nemzedéknek.
