On a sociological level, imprisonment provided by the official criminal justice system does not adequately prove to overcome criminal activities that have affected the child's learning and expansion, as well as his or her psychological condition, as a result of criminal court penalties. To forestall and choose extra outcomes, a kid wrongdoer at the ideal level must be eliminated from the whole criminal equity framework.
